Lovely Hotel - Lovely hotel in a great location for walking into the city of Oxford. The staff were extremely helpful, the beds comfortable and it had a really nice homely feel. We stayed in the annexe with a shared bathroom for another room but this was absolutely fine. The continental breakfast is included with the room price but for a little extra you can order something cooked. The cooked breakfast always arrived very quickly and was freshly cooked. I really enjoyed sitting in the garden area. I will definitely come back here when I next stay in Oxford.

Very clean and very friendly - The people working there was very friendly and informative about sights to see. We booked a room with a double and two single beds, the room was small (we knew this from the pictures), but very clean and nicer than the pics :) the road works started in the morning, but if you are out during the day, it’s not a big problem.
